The Hakoyu Phase Weapon has a Pen of +2, on a melee weapon. Does that mean it's Pen 5? Since a melee weapon would normally be Pen 3. Or is it based on the Grand Master's statline in some fashion?

Yeah, sorry! This was a conversion error from v1 (which had variable PEN characteristics for melee weapons) to v2 (which will have a fixed PEN for melee weapons).

The Hakoyu Phase Weapon should be 'PEN 5' and the Karist Mature Angel's Massive Void Gel Claws should also be 'PEN 5' as well.

Thanks for pointing this out!
