Notice of European Price Increase

To all our valued Rubicon fans and loyal supporters, it is with deep regret that we must inform you of upcoming price changes in January 2023.

As you know, we like to keep an open-door policy and be as transparent as possible with you all. We hope that you understand and that you will continue to support Rubicon Models into the future by helping us bring new and exciting products to the European market and around the Globe. For the last few years, like other companies, Rubicon Models UK has faced many challenges and since 2019 you will have noticed a small reduction in our new release schedule. We are now facing even further increases at the point of manufacture and supply chain alongside generally increased running costs from day to day. As such, we need to make some adjustments to our pricing strategy to help us alleviate some of the spiralling costs we have shouldered over these past years and to ensure the future is bright not only for Rubicon Models UK but also for you as our supporters.

The good news is that all current products will be unchanged right through until Jan 1st 2023 so that you can make the most of the Festive Season. Our latest releases here around the 2nd week of December 2022 will already be price adjusted when they hit the webstore. I can already hear the distinctive sound of a thousand Hueys flying off the shelves. On the plus side, we have some amazing products lined up for you in 2023 so keep an eye out for more information on those as we develop them.
We cannot thank you all enough for your continued support since we started trading in Europe, our fans and Community are an intrinsic part of Rubicon Models DNA!

So I'm guessing this is Brexit related fallout, coupled with all the issues the war has brought to Europe over fuel, shipping and manufacturing?

I'd guess so too - their US side hasn't announced anything (yet).

That's what my local store was telling me about their GW stuff too, no announcement as of yet on price changes. I'm interested to see if this changes anything. The last two price increases did nothing to quell our local customer base from buying. The FLGS actually increased sales for Warhammer after those increases went into effect.
