Reaper has an extensive range of female miniatures, and go roughly fifty fifty on elf and human sculpts and have done so for a while.
+1 for Bad Squiddo.
She will point out the differences between fantasy female = chainmail bikini and sexy pose vs fantasy female = women in a fantasy setting, and highlights only the latter.
Now I have zero problems with sexualised female miniatures, but keep that to a setting. Games Workshop thought same, and were remarkably resistant to cheesecake and still are, yet did not do so as a puritanical doctrine. Bikini girls had their specific place with Dark Elves, with some perverse pseudo sexuality with some Slaanesh models who were always twisted enough to not be pornographic.
There are plenty of female miniatures out there, of all styles, sexualised and non sexualised. You just have to find them.
Automatically Appended Next Post: Now for some specifics.
I will limit this to multipose female fantasy figures, which is a much smaller list.

Minor conversion and bits swaps will make them not wear cold weather gear. Remove fur trim and the cloth can be considered lighter, add some head swaps to complete. Female heads are something you should be able to find VERY easily.
There are several fantasy unit boxes to choose from, best bought as individual sprues, most have very limited application, or are overly recognisable. Witch elves for instance. Shieldwolf do some plastic kits you can get better mileage from. I suggest buyimng single sprues of Shieldwolf kits with boxsets of Frostgrave kits and kitbash. You will go a long way.
.
For bitz for fantasy females I suggest a sprue or two of this kit:
