There are a lot of pretty major changes I'd make to the drukhari faction if GW gave me the keys to the codex. These are not those changes. Instead, below are some relatively small, easy-to-implement changes that I think most people would be okay with. What do you think?

Poison
* Every drukhari weapon with anti-infantry instead gets the “Poison” special rule. Which is essentially anti-infantry, anti-beast, anti-mounted, and anti-swarm all rolled into one. I’m intentionally leaving out monsters for the sake of keeping it uncontraversial.

Archon
* Change the overlord ability to also work on transports the archon is embarked on.
* Change Devious Mastermind to not require the archon be on the table. I’d maybe even go so far as to have this ability activate pre-game rather than waiting for your opponent to use the strat for the first time. This should probably be an enhancement given that only a single archon can use it, but that’s maybe a bit too far for my modest changes.
* Let him join incubi squads.

Court of the Archon
* No direct changes, but lowering the max squad size of warriors and letting archons join incubi means that you can actually join these guys to a unit while still fitting inside a raider.

Kabalite Warriors
* Squads can contain either 5 or 10 members (instead of always 10 members.)
* At 5 members, 1 guy can replace his rifle with a shredder or blaster.
* At 10 members, 1 additional guy can take a shredder or blaster, and 1 guy can replace their rifle with a splinter cannon or dark lance. This would probably mean that a 10 man squad would be priced at more than double the cost of a 5 man squad, which is fine.

Haemonculus
* Let them join Grotesques. Grots aren’t that tough. Going from FNP(5+) to FNP(4+) isn’t going to make them too durable.

Raiders/Venoms
* Give them assault ramps.
* Venoms can lose their weird combat squad thing thanks to lowering the min squad size of wyches and warriors.

Wyches
* Let them be taken in squads of 5. They’re really toothless right now. At least let us take them in cheap squads that we can fling at the enemy to get the most out of their No Escape rule.

ATTENTION
. Psychic tests are unfluffy. Your longing for AV is understandable but misguided. Your chapter doesn't need a separate codex. Doctrines should go away. Being a "troop" means nothing. This has been a cranky service announcement. You may now resume your regularly scheduled arguing.

Look good to me, but you said they're uncontroversial so that's to be expected...

I wouldn't implement assault ramps as a house rule until I saw that Drukhari are underperforming, GW alongside a balance pass would be fine.

Seems pretty reasonable, maybe just let Wyches use the Assault Ramp rule, seems more thematic that way. Would also bring back the proper Wych Weapons, even if it was just one profile covering all three.
