Hi,

Rhino painted in my order's colour scheme for feedback!

I've gone for a deliberately 'eavy metal style as I've had issues finishing things in the past (getting bogged down in details and/or trying to be too ambitious) which I am trying to change

Painting this kit was a lot of fun as there as so many cool things you can add on as you are building it. It was nice to have a bit of room on the banners to try and do a bit more than just wiggly lines. Not sure I've nailed them as well as I could but, as said above, I'm trying to be less of a perfectionist and more of a completionist.

I was thinking of starting a blog as a way to keep motivated... Does anyone else on here do that? Does it work?

Looks great. Really like the color scheme.

Having a blog certainly helps keep motivated. Another thing I have found recently that helps is trying to take part in the monthly painting challenge.

Nice work, really like the turquoise highlight. Reminds me of some of the old Necron colour schemes. Really suits here, gives them a slightly ethereal quality.

As youwashock says, a blog definitely helps as does the monthly challenge.
