I aquired a complete second edition starter a while back, and since I want to use modern GW miniatures for my upcoming games of 2nd edition, I am offering the models (yes, includes the cardboard Dread) from the starter for anyone interested.

Price: 50€. Payments by Paypal. Buyer pays for shipping. Will ship internationally, but shipping to EU preferred due to zero customs faffing involved for everyone..

Alternatively, as I am looking towards replacing the models in this box with modern ones, trades for current, unassembled

• Gretchin
• Deff Dread
• Kommandos (originally from KT21 Octarius)

..will also be considered.

The lot consists of the following items:
• 40 Gretchin
• 20 Orks (one axe and two bolter arms have snapped off but are included)
• 1 Cardboard dreadnought
• 2 Space Marine Sergeants (one bolt pistol arm missing, replaced with a plastic plasma pistol arm)
• 2 Space Marines with Missile Launchers
• 2 Space Marines with Flamers
• 14 Space Marines with Bolters

I also have a modest collection of "period accurate" plastic GW bitz for the Orks I can throw in to sweeten the deal.

Take a look (click preview pict to see full size). You can see some residue left on the stripped minis in the first row of every type of model. Added a replacement backpack banner, Missile Launcher rocket launching bit from SMH series 1, and a spare Plasma Pistol and a Bolt Pistol option for the other Sergeant who was missing the original pistol bit. The sytripped models were not painted by me, no idea what type of acrylics was used prior to me buying these, but I think I got the paints removed reasonably well.

The original owner of these models has not cleaned mold lines, and the models have been clipped off the sprues a bit sloppily, in fact a few bases have slightly broken, I can supply replacement slottabases I think, still have quite a bit of them in my old stash

Thanks

Update: I got one more Gretchin model to add to the set, so it is now complete and can be used for playing all the missions from the 2nd ed box

Bumping this one before I make a listing of these on ebay. Now's your chance to get these for peanuts - I will ask more on ebay for sure since its a 99% complete set of minis (only one bolt pistol bit missing)
