You really have to 'hand' it to the people at Kingdom Death to come up with something so creepy.

He's from Kingdom Death Monster- so he has quite a bit of lore in game- though it isn't all 100% clear.

He was conceived to be an anti-Santa like Krampus or Nackles, but the lore for him grew into something different.

Are those dolls or actual children's heads? it's Kingdom Death so really it could go either way.

Since this was made to play with my chibi Kingdom Death set, I replaced quite a few of those child heads with more chibi versions.

So yeah- they're canonically all kids. And he has AI cards in which he eats them.
