Hi all,

I have a Habit of opening discount boxes and selling only the minis I do not care for to e-commerce sites or facebook groups. A few days ago some of my online listings have been disappearing and when I checked my email, seems like Gamesworkshop "Brandshield" has been falsely reporting my minis as fake to the e-commerce site (which of course is completely baseless and untrue since I get all my stuff from the official LGS).

All the flagged product are also immediately removed so I have no idea what made them consider it fake. Biggest problem for me is that some of the e-commerce site are now giving me unfair warnings that they might close down my online store (where I sell my stuff from other hobbies as well) if Gamesworkshop reports me again.

Just wondering if anyone else here had similar situations or if have suggestions and ideas on what to do.

Sounds like typical copyright enforcement subcontractor behaviour. They are borderline scammers at the best of times, sad that GW hired one. Your best bet is to throw up the biggest social media stink you can.

You can revert selling them on ebay, Making a big social media fuss doesn't matter to GW unless you're willing to sue and spend $.
