I'm confused (easily done)

My dreadnought is next to my Nurgle havocs and I use a dark pact and shoot.

Does a roll to hit of 5+ give me 1 auto wound + 1 hit and the original hit? Or is it just 1 auto wound and 1 hit? So 1 wound and 2 hits or 1 wound and 1 hit?

1 wound, 1 hit

The 5+ to-hit is Lethal (meaning the original hit auto-wounds) and Sustained (meaning you get one extra hit).
