"Stratagems that can be used more tham once per phase turn" on the Autumn 2023 Balance Dataslate says rulkes that allow you rto use a stratagem even if another unit has been targeted by that stratagem this phase or turn, but that do not specify the name of the stratagem, can only be used to use BATTLE TACTIC STRATAGEMS.

If this is applied to the Necron Overlord MWBD, gone is Overwatch, gone is Insane Bravery, gone are most of the Protocols
