Is anybody else having problems signing into the Warhammer site?

It's the first time that I've tried to sign in to my Warhammer account since the new website went live. Every time that I try and checkout it prompts me to sign in, when I do so any items from my basket are removed. When I try to checkout after re-adding items to my basket it asks me to sign in again.

Is this a known issue? Do I have to create another account?

I knew that the new site was bad, but not this bad.

It's a very new issue as of like... yesterday? Only seems to be impacting mobile for me. I can log on via desktop.

It doesn't work on mobile or desktop for me. One day I'll be able to buy the Loonshrine, although I'm not sure how high the price will be by that point.

Often sign-in looping like that is caused by bad caching and/or cookies on your browser. Have you tried clearing out your browser's site data for warhammer.com and mywarhammer.com?
