Are there any examples of a character's weapon being replaced by an Enhancement? The Crusade rules have options for weapon upgrades, but they can't be applied to weapon that has been previously upgraded or has been replaced by a Crusade Relic or Enhancement. I've not seen any examples of the latter, but I'm wondering if I've missed something or it's just a form of future-proofing.

I don't think Enhancements technically replace them, but they are upgraded by enhancements. One could fairly easily argue the weapon is replaced by what it used to have with the new/upgraded stats i.e. Captain Whosit has a Thunderhammer. Now he has a Thunder Hammer of the First Legion with bonus attacks.

My WHFB armies were Bretonians and Tomb Kings.
