It is the turn of Player A.
Unit B1 lost combat against unit A1. B1 Fell Back in Good Order and A1 Pursued.

It is the turn of Player B.
New unit B2 charges to the flank of A1.

A1 unit counts as charging, but does it get charge bonuses against unit B2?

Since it is player's B turn, my understanding is that player A no longer gets any charge bonuses when it attacks in melee this turn, only unit B2 would get any charge bonuses.

I corrected my words a little bit. I changed the 'Follow Up' to 'Pursuit' because that is the correct term to use when the loser Falls Back in Good Order.
Rulebook p.157: "During the next turn, the pursuing unit counts as having charged."

So would A1 unit get any charge bonuses against B2 unit that charged its flank?

Then they count both as charged and will recieve charge bonusses.
If B1 is a unit with a second rank it will disrupt unit A1.
