Regarding the Battle Standard Bearer for Bretonnia I was a bit confused. On the special rules page 85 of Forces of Fantasy they have the following rule:

Battle Standard Bearer "a single paladin may be upgraded to a Battle Standard at no additional cost..."

A similar, almost identical rule, with a different name, appears again on the following page 86 called:

The Lord's Banner "a single paladin in your army may be upgraded to a Battle Standard Bearer at no cost..."

I'm inclined to say yes as they have different names, and are worded slightly different however similar, but don't want to assume.

Does this imply Brets can have 2 Battle Standard Bearers?

Normally I wouldn't even think possible but it would seem fitting for Bretonnia

Rulebook p202/203 shows the terms are interchangeable/synonomous, so no.
