My girlfriend has been biting me with the historical bug lately and has been talking me into playing with her— Flames of War and Fistful of TOWs. But I'm wondering if there are places I can find homebrew rules for these games covering stuff which isn't in the rulebooks— specifically, I've been looking to make a North Korean/Chinese 6mm army, but the FoT rulebook doesn't cover them (and while I can just use Soviet stuff and paint it differently, I want to use the uniquely North Korean and Chinese stuff as well, which isn't covered). My girlfriend, on the other hand, uses stuff like Soviets or British which are more fully covered by the rules, and thus wouldn't need to be seeking out additional rules, and so I end up here... so if I want to be finding homebrew rules for something like this, is there a specific place I could find that, or does anyone know if such things exist?

Cold War Commander covers all that and does it well, though I appreciate its not homebrew... Still a great ruleset and the lists are both thematic and fairly well balanced.
