New mexico

trying out layering and glazes for the first time. trying to find the perfect water/pigment. maybe time to invest in mediums? also first time doing
NMM gold and a swampy jade. Also made it a thing to do 0 shaders and to black line. tried bringing more out with matte and gloss varnishes to finish.

based with NM dirt, twigs, pebbles, and some army painter tufts and battlefield terrain. primed and painted to attempt to compliment the model

could use some tips.

Dont know any technical advice, but I know it looks good
Really nice colours, the base looks great with the more earthy tones.
Would really like to see more AoS around here, and certainly more seraphon, so dont be afraid to post your full units once they are done.

I will absolutely be doing that. I need to do some work on the saurus warriors next. Thank you, that's pretty motivating!!
