"Each time an attack made by this model with it 'urty syringe scores a Critical Wound against a unit (excluding VEHICLE units), that unit suffers D6 mortal wounds."

The 'urty Syringe has PRECISION. Against a unit with a character in it, would the mortal wounds apply directly to the character, or go against the unit in general? I'm inclined to assume the latter, as there's no specific instruction to apply them as if they had PRECISION (which I've seen elsewhere).

Under the rules box for Mortal wounds:
If those mortal wounds are inflicted by an attack that has the [PRECISION] ability, the attacking model’s controlling player can allocate those mortal wounds to a CHARACTER model in that unit.
