I was looking at the Canoptek Spyder and was wondering if you had a unit with a Gloom Prism and one with the Fabricator Claw array, would vehicles get both the 5+ FNP against mortal wounds and the seperate 6+ FNP against anything, or do you just take the best one at 5+?

From page 23 of the core rules:

"If a model has more than one Feel No Pain ability, you can only use one of those abilities each time that model suffers damage and so would lose a wound".

So you only get one, but you can pick.
