Scattered thoughts:

* I like it overall. Nothing jumps out as broken. The powers seem useful and flavorful without being too complicated.

* For something that is meant to be eldar in origin, it doesn't read as particularly eldar-y to me. But these guys are essentially daemon princes, so not resembling their original forms much makes sense. Maybe I'm just too stuck on the idea that chaos eldar should be a bunch of lone op twinks in the vein of the solitaire or imperial assassins.

* Indolence feels pretty harsh. Consider making the charge part 3d6 drop the highest or something else that's a bit less severe. As-is, this guy is averaging a 4" charge range, and that's without an enemy pinning effect lowering the average to 2" (and the max to 4"). I feel like you want just enough of a debuff here to convey the fluff without necessarily crippling the unit. You *are* paying for some big melee weapons after all.

* 400 feels like a lot for this guy. That's roughly Avatar of Khaine territory. And while this guy's offense is good and his buffs are nice, I'm not sure they're worth quite that many points. Especially given that you could just take something like a daemon prince and then a bunch of extra daemon units to functionally end up with *more* overall durability (in the form of extra bodies) than you'd get from the toughness buff this guy offers.

* Steelskin and Fetid Regen' kind of compete with eachother, and I feel like Regen' is probably the better choice. Steelskin won't help against anything AP0, anything AP-1 while you have cover, or anything AP-3 or better (because they you'd just use your invuln). Whereas Fetid Regen works against all incoming attacks, has more chances to kick in (you'll roll more FNP dice than save dice unless your opponent only uses D1 against you), and it's improving the success rate by 50% (save on 3 dice results instead of 2) vs Steelskin only improving the success rate of your saves by 25% (if you would otherwise roll a 3+ save) or 33% (if you would otherwise roll a 4+ save). So Steelskin seems like it's only a real option if you're specifically looking to maximize the defense of this one model specifically.

* Alacrity feels like it's pulling this unit in two directions. Between Alacrity and Indolence, you essentially have two different special rules that are largely just trying to cancel eachother out. And I'm not sure how I feel about that as a design choice. While an option to make a non-slow character fast feels like a nice power boost, I think this feels like you're giving up the chance to lean into your strengths just to offset a potentially frustrating weakness. Which makes this option kind of frustrating in its own right. Maybe that's just a me thing though.

* I'm pretty sure Aura of Despair is probably a solid option. I've just been playing squishy space elves long enough that I tend to be down on OC debuffs because I default to assuming that opponents will just kill your units off of the objective rather than trying to stand on it alongside you. But I *know* that sending a unit with decent OC to just stand on an objective is a pretty common tactic (even for squishy space elves!), and this would help counter that. So preeeetty sure this is probably fine as is.

Is it intentional that being within 6" of enemies *can* lower their OC to 0?

* Thrallherd seems fine.

ATTENTION
. Psychic tests are unfluffy. Your longing for AV is understandable but misguided. Your chapter doesn't need a separate codex. Doctrines should go away. Being a "troop" means nothing. This has been a cranky service announcement. You may now resume your regularly scheduled arguing.

In order...

-Thank you!

-That's fair, but I struggle to see skinny twink Nurgle. I like my ideas for design, so I'm unlikely to change that aspect.

-Adjusted the charge bit of Indolence.

-I'd rather buff the model to make them worth at least 350 or so than adjust the points cost. I want a highly powerful Infantry model.

-Steelskin is more situation than Regen, but when it works, it's significant as heck. If we're dealing with D1 attacks, you need 60 successful wounds at AP-1 to kill through Regen, but 90 through Steelskin. That said, I might change them... Make Steelskin +1 FNP, and make Regen actually restore wounds.

-That's fair, but I'm not sure what else to do for it.

-It was not. Adjusting that now.

-Neat.

That all sounds good to me.

Regarding Alacrity, maybe just drop it in favor of something else that's flavorful and not kind of working counter to your other rules?

Updated the first post.
Also, the whole thing got deleted in an edit, so I had to redo it from memory.
