You could contact them and ask if they have a distributor in Germany/EU? Or ask your local game store if they can get them for you.. please let us know if you find a good way to buy this stuff.
Pendraken looks like they only have a US distributor but they say orders under 150 euro are handled tax free as far as I understand.
