Hi there!

I've been playing WHFB since 2001, starting with 5th, then through 6th-8th, always on friendly/familiar environments and never getting competitive beyond that!

Besides WHFB I own three armies of 40k (I read, paint and collect, but I was not able to land a single game yet), several Kill-Team and Bloodbowl teams (I love both, specially BB-7) and other games like WarhammerQuest, Dungeon Universalis and D&D.

I'm more an old-school guy, that has little time to paint but too much time to read, collect and complain about not playing enough!

I recently joined a local gaming club here in Switzerland, the Karak Norn Wargaming Club, and I'm discovering the competitive meta, rules I didn't even know existed and so many things... that I'm super-hyped for the same old game I've been playing (wrong) for so many years.

We are resurrecting 6th edition in our gaming group, so I expect to learn, read and discuss about rules, but also about painting advice to defeat the huge pile of shame ^^'

Glad to be here!

Hi! Welcome to Dakka

Blood Bowl 7's rules. Congrats on finding a good WHFB group. I hope your encounter with "the meta" doesn't diminish your enjoyment of the hobby. 6th ed seems like fun!

Be sure to post your stuff to the gallery. Positive feedback is always good motivation to tackle the gray.

Hey zambu,
welcome back to the hobby!

A friend of mine made rules for newer models for 6E, can send em to you for use in your gaming group if you are interested.
