Death-Dealing Ultramarine Devastator

Hey Dakkas

Ive had a project on my books for a while now and figured I'd start it now we are in March . My plan is to re-base my whole Ultramarines army with cool Roman ruin bases. I have procured the GSW Roman rolling pin and a few boxes of milliput and plasticine. When I originally planned this project I was using a guide that outlined the mix ratios between the milliput and plasticine. I can no longer find this guide. Does anyone have any experience with mixing these products? Any advice welcome.
