Every morning I think "right, tonight I'm going to bed at 11", it never happens and I drop off at 2.

Usually during my non work days it's between 10-12pm but as i work night shifts I wake up at 3pm and don't get back into bed until about 7:30-8am the following morning, not really optimal for functioning eh!

I work a night shift and then I go to class afterwords so I usually get to bed around 10-11am.

Generally get to sleep at about 1am, wake up at 8 or 9.

I can only sleep a few hours at a time, up and down 24/7.
