What's going on Dakkites!

I've decided on my 4th IG list and I thought about basing it off of the USMC M.E.U. (That's Marine Expeditionary Unit for all you civilians). I want them to be fast, light and hard hitting. The doctorines I've chosen are Light Infantry, Sharpshooters, Iron Discipline, Heavy Weapons Platoons and Sanctioned Psykers. The Psykers are for fluff since this force is supposed to be hitting deep into enemy territory. Need someone to do the "scouting ahead" for the force. Anyway I want some opinions on these doctrine choices and see if you guys think they stay true to the M.E.U. I'll post a list later.
