im moving to palm springs in 2 months and would be willing to travel to meet up for a game once a month or something or we can pick a spot tht is half way between both places its about a hour to were you are at i play both fantasy and 40k but just got into fantasy and would perfer a fantasy game maby a 1500 point game hit me up and let me know

I am currently without car, but there are three stores near me that have some 40k. Closest is the Games Workshop in San Pedro. They have a rather lively 40k community, especially on Fridays and Saturdays. We're looking to start up a 40k campaign at the end of the month if you're interested. There's also Third Planet in Torrance, but I haven't played there in years. Apparently MTG has become bigger than 40k of late there, but I've been told they're looking to get 40k back up and running. And then there is the Warhouse in Long Beach. But I know almost nothing about them...

If you haven't already, check out Aero Hobbies and Games in Santa Monica. I have gamed out there a few times and the group out there was really cool. I generally play in the Pasadena/Burbank areas though, as Aero is quite a drive for me (about 40 min).

Aero Hobbies is the spot. Lots of great players gaming lots of different game systems.

We are continuing our seasonal Warhammer Fantasy League. The official meeting kicks off this Thursday 09/29. It will be a map based campaign similar to Mighty Empires. We try to play an official league game every 2 weeks. Players meet whenever their schedules allow and we play at Aero or each others houses.
