You have on of the cleanest painting styles I've ever seen, and your highlighting is superb. It's there, and it sets off the model, but it's not glaring. I love your painting.

Ogryn update:

Banner bearer with Long-sleeve T:

And next step is some armour:

Next step is making the helmets. I'm going for the same style as the winter militia helmets the Carapace armoured vets have.

Something about the ogryn's armor, I think its the modular thigh plates, makes me think he's an EOD tech.

Ogryn bomb disposal... That'd be amusing to see, but a mess to clean up.

Looking cool!

How did you make the armor for the body? Is it just layers of greenstuff/puddy, any tips on making something like that? How to lay it on the model, etc.

Yes, it is layers of putty. I press it on the model about as thick as I want the armour to be, and then I cut it to size.

Here is some W.I.P. shots of the other 3 Ogryns:

P.s.

How do I change the title of this log? so that it shows in the forum list?

Awesome looking trio! Can't wait to see the banner bearer take shape.

Re. Changing the title, you simply hit the edit button on your very first post of this blog and you can change it from there. Took me forever to figure it out as well..

An interesting base for helmeted Ogryns are the Iron Guts heads. I used them for my guard by adding gas masks.

Thanks for the tip, but I am going for something a little less fantasy.
Here is what I'm working on at the moment. (The middle one needs a fur hat still, because it looks like a helmet now )

Leman Russ Eradicator is coming along nicely as well, same goes for the objective markers. Pictures soon!
