Subject: So do folk just pick whats on the front page of Reddit and repost in off topic?

It also used to be funny, as opposed to the angry douchefest that is is now.
You say that as if you yourself aren't a regular participant.
Why don't you post something "funny" and I'll be sure to respond with a cute emoticon...
P.S. I also love how dakka removes posts and gives out suspensions for calling peopel who are bragging about breaking the game "power gamers" but someone calls a whole group of people "douches" and it is perfectly fine...
The longer you're in Off Topic, the rage and the hate slowly becomes less humourous and more tragic. Most of the threads recently have been more serious/or ridiculous with equal portions of rage, most of them being Election based threads as already pointed out.
We haven't seen anybody crash and burn in a while, successfully taking their ball and never coming back. So it could be that too.

You may note a serious decline in that, actually. You know, since you're apparently so interested in my posting habits.

Considering you're one of the angrier people here you're sort of a lost cause IMHO. It's why I have you on ignore, and am regretting giving you the benefit of the doubt by clicking the button to reveal your post. Hope springs eternal, I suppose.

Douche was used more as a verb than a noun, really. I think that the fact that you thought I was referring to you personally might be cause for self reflection.

I repeat:
Feel free to post something "funny" and help to reduce/eliminate the "douchefest" you commented on. Maybe you can be the catalyst for change...
