Hurray for Petroyos!

I hope I can add him to my order with the current kickstarter! Even better maybe he'll be in stores before the new kickstarter ships!

Bummed he isn't a little larger. Was hoping he'd be around 80 or 90mm. Oh well. Absolutely love multi- limped lizards.

At least the reptiles aren't all walking around with their junk flapping around like the big smelly dudes from other factions.

No, as lizards don't have external genitalia, it wouldn't make sense. Whatever your opinion on their inclusion, any of the more sexualised detailing on any of the minis does at least have a reason to be there (with the possible exception of Krull I suppose, but then we don't know how demons reproduce in the fluff, so that could still be justified.)

Then again, reptiles with junk flapping about is a bit of a biological impossibility (okay, gorgorares have similar issues...)

That's what's cool about the scalies- they keep it neat and discreet.

Not like those big sweaty giants and wolfmen with nards.

Poorly lit photos of my ever- growing collection of completely unrelated models!

Ha!

That's something to look forward to...

having gotten used to painting the goods on nearly every Mierce fig I own I was half-expecting Talos to have some bronze junk and was rather surprised when he didn't.

Just had a Transformers 2 flashback....

"I am directly beneath enemy....scrotum."

"The 75mm gun is firing. The 37mm gun is firing, but is traversed round the wrong way. The Browning is jammed. I am saying "Driver, advance." and the driver, who can't hear me, is reversing. And as I look over the top of the turret and see twelve enemy tanks fifty yards away, someone hands me a cheese sandwich."

Rob stated on the KS2 comments:
"I will be locking a few more miniatures before the update, and that will include Angrislaug and Ygandr among others, mainly because their RRPs are much higher than expected. So if you want any, grab them now."

Looks like they'll be going from £40 with KS1 to £80 retail as they both had unexpected casting costs.

Glad I picked up Angrislaug last week!

I really want to pick up Angrislaug now, as I've decided to eventually collect a Brython army too..

I've fired up the cincy-signal, but no response yet.

Worse case scenario, I'll just pick him up a long time from now...

Worst case scenario, Alph, I can order him for you, would need to ship over, not sure how efficient that is vs getting it ordered direct to the US.

They were that cheap?

Damn.

REALLY regretting I didn't bite the bullet the first time around. Half price for a figure of that size and quality.

Thanks to Mierce for a great campaign, it's really nice to be able to read through all the positive feedback you've received for KS1.
Any chance you could get in touch with CMON and show those retards how it's done?

Brain Trust Of Dakka!

I have a dilemma.

I sold some eBay items to fund my Kickstarter purchases, but have yet to draw the funds into my bank account. Surprisingly, after KS helped themselves, I'm not looking as badly off as I expected, to the point where I can probably make it to next payday without using the eBay funds.

Now, I'm going Fomoraic initially, and was going to hold these funds to expand on them, but, despite having no need for Angrislaug, I am a sucker for a dragon, may well jump ship or add factions at a later date, and it is cast of pure awesome.

So, if I can urge you to suppress your shiny reflex and try and be realistic, and bear in my mind I have very limited hobby funds at the moment, what would you do in my position?

It might be time to consider selling things that hurt, rather than things that are surplus.

I have some GW stuff and BL stuff that I realistically don't need anymore, and in the case of the 40K stuff, don't really want...

Anyone want some BL signed HH novellas?!!

I'm pretty sure I'm ditching everything except Infinity and Confrontation. Dust, Warmachine, remaining 40k and WHFB are going out the door for Darklands money.
