Look at the FW pics where la petite gamine hysterically yelled at them for blocking her husbands conversions. Look who's conversions they are, look at which company they were then used for and sold from.

Just in case that is too vague -
Stephanie Hernandez is Daniel Mandelbaums wife. She does not go by Kim, she goes by Stephanie, which is what she used in various other non-RF intances we have caught her out on. Daniel is obviously still very much involved in the company in my view, and looks like his wife is just as big a piece of work as he is as the trail surrounding her grows as well. At the very least, she knows exactly what he has done. In all likelihood, by the look of it to me, she probably helped him.

The only place 'Kim' is 'Kim' is with RF. Mandelbaum has been teaching alias lessons apparently. Everywhere else, she is Stephanie.

The kim ones were doctored cut and pastes, the screenshots showed Stephanie Hernandez as the name.

If ever there was doubt, recent screenshots put them to rest.

The most recent posts SCREAM Daniel. As someone who reads documents for a living, you get a 'feel' for plagiarism - the posts claiming to be from StephaKim are pretty much 100% the same syntax and structure exhibited by Daniel in his. She's either incredibly close to Daniel, or it's him himself posting under her name.

On the subject of their nuptials or not: is there not a register of births deaths and marriages that can be publically checked in Dallas? In the UK we can make a request to see any marriage certs....?

Not that that matters - there's no legal requirement to change your last name when you get married.

Correct. My wife kept her last name when we married last year.

While we first thought that the "Gamine" account was a pure burn account, by know we do think that this is a "genuine" (as in regularly used, no necessary as in real, real) account. Also doesn't sound or look like Daniel, but sure as sure he used it to post stuff in his usual, weird style on other pages. But the whole bird mania and thing is somebody else. Edit: Fun fact, I've a few friends in Plano, TX that I can ask to snoop around for me if that's indeed where he's from.

I think highlighting the alleged misconduct of others that he may be associated with is not helpful at this point, and does make it seem like Dakka is going beyond reasonable measures in highlighting Mr Mandelbaum's alleged conduct.

Daniel (and his dad's business that he has used as an address for deliveries in the past) are both located in Dallas. While Plano is a suburb of Texas I think it is probably stretching to automatically assume that the warrants are for his dad no matter what the likelihood may be.

It also really doesn't affect Resin Forge in any way.

It's the exact name attached to the same address that Daniel Mandelbaum and family live in, also he's the right age, and someone here has even spoken to him on the phone. They're easily found in White Pages and other address directories. Presumably this is the reason Daniel M hid behind false identities for so long, he's very easy to find when exposed.

You're right it doesn't affect Resin Forge, but in the past someone has spoken to his father who said stuff about making it right, but nothing further happened, now his wife seems to be helping him in this one. It seems obvious that his immediate family don't take issue with his scmmning and know of it.

Well, getting the full identity of the person is the first step to finding his address. In this day and age, you can't really hide your digital footprint anymore. Once address is found, the relevant authorities can be alerted to take action.

@Howard: how did you find the middle name "Keaton"? Can't see that on the list you linked to.

Saw that elsewhere, it's on some directories tied to his home address, that's all. I could be wrong about his full name, I was actually trying to find a marriage notice but I can't see one so maybe they are, maybe they're not.

Going back to Stephanie/Kim.

We know from the obituary web page of D Mandelbaum's mother that a Stephanie Hernandez has or had a close relationship.

We know from Stephanie herself that she likes to be called Kim (for Kimberley) by close associates.

We know from RF's C&D letter that the company is a limited liability company (i.e. it should be registered in Texas) under the directorship of Mandelbaum, Hernandez and the third person.

We know from Hernandez that she and the other guy got rid of Mandelbaum a few weeks ago. We also know that the other guy also left recently and Hernandez is now running the company by herself. The change of directorships are in the process of being registered.

As you keep digging it is more and more that this guy is personally throwing C and D letters around under false pretense. You take this to court, make sure you bring the mashed potatoes.

Why do people go to this length to be DB's?

The thought occured. But DM filed the police report against Aerethan in person. That was in May 2013 IIRC. So nah, not probable. Plus we got delivery stickers for the RF predecessor with the address of DM's father's "office space/ suite" from 2012/2013.

Madelbaums address is already well known to those of us who've been around a bit. It's listed in the police reports uploaded in this thread, which are all public information.

Further research a few weeks back showed that his grandparents own the house, in which his father and he live.

And with todays info we have rather solid evidence of "Kim" being his significant other in every way shape and form, and the video she posted suggests they have a child with them(not necessarily together).

Fair point. I don't think we have need to stretch to discussing Daniel's dad; as far as we are aware he is not associated with the company.

Aerethan, did I miss something beyond the Imgur links that inquisitor s posted? I know they're looking for "conversion people" I'm missing the evidence that Stephanie and Dan are married and live together. Pm me if rehashing this would pull the thread off topic.
