The point is, why is Dakka the forum responsible? She offers no proof of anything. Why Dakka? Why not Lexicanum? Or Bartertown? Or Apocalypse40k?

There is absolutely, completely, nothing in her statement to tie any individual on this forum to it, much less all ~70k of us. That's bloody disgusting.

As I pointed out earlier, pretty amazing that they leap and set off the nuclear flash-bang victim play the day we amass damning evidence that Stephanie is Stephanie, not Kim, and that she was and is married to Daniel, either civil, commonlaw or religious. And also the day she tried to 'call our bluff' about which law said she had to be registered, which wasn't a bluff at all as an avalanche of linked sources shows.

Nope, I have a strong feeling we were starting to get very, very close to stripping the remaining shreds of alias of both of them and having all the info we need to definitively show they were operating a business without tax or assumed name registration. I have a feeling it would have impacted Stephanie's other place of work attached to her paypal, and potentially Daniels father too if it was coming out of his home.

When they realized the bread crumbs they had left in the La Petite Gamine fb account, as well as the fact we very much knew what to look for in their business to know it is legit, they panicked and pulled this gak.

Sadly, it is not the first time this type of escalation of victim cards and misdirection have been played, probably not the last either as I absolutely do not give them credit enough to think they will actually have the brain-power to figure out the jig is up for them in the wargaming community.

You should realize that RF itself still moderates the page heavily, not just AJ. So the removal of said questions may not be from him.

And she could have forbade him from moderating out the ridiculousness in the replies to her latest comment. And if that's the case, what's the point of him being a moderator there, if she still moderates out what she wants, and he can't moderate out the supporting ridiculousness? The only point to it is for it to grant them some more legitimacy instead of them having to actually answer the questions.

To make them seem more legit would be why he's "on board", I would guess.

Hi ive been following this thread for quite some time now, and totally agree that people like this should be run out of town, so to speak as a friend of mine got scammed not by RF i might add. What i do find funny is RF Facebook plea's to closing the store yadda yadda woh is them, yet again there store is still open and trading. Also i find it funny that he/she/they/it doesn't reply to simple pleasantly asked questions.

Well warrants added with the fact that we know where DM lives could have very well prompted this, as local authorities may be inclined to follow up on them if prodded about it.

I honestly think that the marriage evidence is what broke the scamels back.

Yeah im sure he would, it was a small company in England, who my girlfriend several months before had used, apart from an extremely long waiting time i she did recieve the goods. My friend however ordered some Imperial Storm Troopers and a Valkyrie. He didnt hear anything for a while and then he kept emailing them and after that he phoned them and they said they had been experiencing problems with GW as he was selliing Direct Sales stuff with the usual 10% discount so GW were slapping his wrists but he would recieve his order. Anyway more time passed and he still dint recieve anything so he called them up and cancelled which they agreed to and he waited for his money back which he didnt recieve, and then there website went down and now he doesnt get any reply to email's or his calls go unanswered, although he didnt lose alot of money, it still was enough and he is new to this hobby and i felt bad for him, as i had initially shown him the website.

If it's not related to Resin Forge you may want to post in a separate thread to avoid any confusion, or getting the issues mixed up

Thats not a problem its just i was posting regards RF and other traders who scam/rip off, and someone asked me a question which i replied too, and did so here rather than create a new thread for people to go see and basically just to cut down on time for everyone. But i did point out in the post that RF weren't involved in anyway with what i was answering.

When I was looking through the Dallas County records it seemed like his dad has had quite a few "doing business as" filings in the past, as well as a dismissed telephone harassment charge. Maybe the apple doesn't fall too far from the tree.

Of course none if this matters if Stephakim isn't Daniel and/or has nothing to do with him...

The thing that makes me feel the worst about all of this is that Daniel, Stephanie, Jason, whoever is in charge over there can spout whatever inane bullgak they want and we can't do anything about it.

Nope, it wouldn't. I would grovel on my hands and knees for forgiveness were she to prove our evidence and the story it tells untrue, in-so-far as the post-mandelbaum exit.

No, it is funny as all hell. If it wasnt who we suspect it of being, the page would still be up because people dont randomly find dakka and read a single thread referencing one Steph/Kim/Mandlebonder and pull down said FB page...

Mandelbaum is not a common name in Texas. Do searches for it in Texas and you mostly get people matching those mentioned on Susan B's obituary page. Then you see they mostly all live at the same address, there's only one Daniel Mandelbaum that appears in any search of Texas and he's always 29 (born July 1984). It's very probably the same person in the court records, the various addresses and everything else. This is why he hid behind false identities so long, because he's so easy to find.

He's listed on this page under his full name and that leads you to further details including showing he lives with his father. So we can be sure this Daniel Mandelbaum is the right one even if there is only one in Texas.

That's the only one that I can find, and it seems the people who said they had troubles got their stuff. But could of sworn that I saw another.

Yet those companies aren't 'linked' with a known 'scammer', actively engaging with dakka and lying through their teeth. They aren't promising their business registration then feeding us a video of some random masked bird. That's just one of the differences.
