Hi,

I'm a long-term reader of dakka and long-term wargamer. Playing with mhy favourite games I found lack of specific models and terrains. I've started to plan build them for myself, but instead of this I established small company and started producing models. Of course I'm proud of models that I started to sell but need to confront my self-satisfaction with real world

Can I ask you to send me or write in this topic your opinions about these listed below products?

Defence Line:

Craters:

Any constructive criticism is more than welcome

I love the defense line and the crater, and approve of the prices (much better than GW)

Yes, of course. We would rather have companies share their product openly and honestly, allowing for meaningful feedback, than to use a sockpuppet account and post about 'this great new company that I just 'found' on the interwebs...'

Hi,

Wilsjur, thank you very much for reply.

In my opinion is much much fair to communicate openly than hiding behind fake accounts and posting only the praises of false

I like them. The Trenches look simple and cool looking and I think they would fit with more systems besides 40k.

The craters, I don't like the larger craters much, the "Large Crater 1" looks a bit strange with such a somewhat unharmed block of metal in the middle. The other 2 look interesting but not my cup of tea, but the small ones are a treat! I really like the details you pulled off with those! Simple but effective to break the monotony of a crater.

Thanks a lot! The large crater with a metal inside was in idea a marker of destroyed vehicle and this was a floor of the vehicle. Doesn't look like? If not, we will think how to change it.

I understand but my line of thought was something like "ok, something big hit that place and made a crater. Why isn't a huge hole in the metal plate?". Maybe it's just me but that's my reason

I'm not a fan of the craters if I'm honest but I do like the defence lines very much. I'd recommend though creating some junction parts for the lines so a larger network can be created rather than just straight sections.

Understood! Thanks a lot again. I have to thin again those craters then...

Regarding defence line - we are producing 90-angle turn, bunker and a tank emplacement, will be ready in next weeks. Junction - it could be tricky as it is rather one-sided defence line. But I have to think about this deeper!

Hi there! Thanks again for all comments. Meanwhile we are busy on next products and whoop - there it is

Brand new product in our store, really, really huge: a tank emplacement for our Universal Defence Line. Fits for standard tanks, used in 28mm scale battles, even with sponsons etc.

Ooohh, I like it. It may not be used in competitive 40k but it sure would look good in custom scenarios

The trenches look good, but the craters look average.

I think the crater with the vehicle hull is a good idea, however the flooring just looks to be in too good condition considering the vehicles went through a catastrophic explosion. A few dents, scratches, maybe warp the shape a little and you'll have something quite nice.

I understand what you mean, but I think it's better if it's delivered in pristine condition. Some clients may want a brand new "trench" others may want it damage like you said. IMHO, I think it's much easier to "destroy" something then repair back to pristine condition

The grating part of the defense line is solid, as in the metal part where models stand. The dirt looks... strange. It looks like it was run over with a comb, or irrigated. The craters look alright.

Not too keen on the craters. They look a little bit too much like.. sphincters? More like something a bunch of nids would pop out of than something blasted by gunfire.

The trenches are nice, but I feel like it would cost a fortune to get a trench line of any reasonable length. In my case, I'd probably break out the plasticard myself and make something 75% as good, but only 5% of the price.

What is a "reasonable" lenght for you? Complete pack is for 26 EUR + 5 EUR shipping and its over 25 inches long.

The defence lines are really nice and far more sensibly priced than GW's stuff. My friend blindly bought the Wall of Martyrs and over time has come to regret it when he sees all the awesome alternatives out there at half the cost.

I'd buy several of them. But I'm considered something of the stereotypical rich idiot on Dakkadakka.

Yeah, I know, I'm spamming with new product info, but what can I do that we are working on few different projects and our efforts makes some fruits.
One of this projects is a complete kit of armoured personal car (transporter) for troops for 28mm. First part of this project is here - pair of fenders which fits to other standard transport vehicles:

http://www.warchimera.com/en_US/p/Fenders-for-transport-vehicle/16

Please let me know what do you think about this?

They look well sculpted, but I don't have any context for them. I can't really visualize where they'd go on a model.
