Dakka Dakka didn't make those emoticons, a user did. That user hasn't made them in some time now however, so the chances of more turning up from them are unlikely. The response to similar topics has always been along the lines of: "if you want to make some emoticons to add to the existing library then that'd be great, but unless some kind soul decides to do that you're out of luck".
