Thanks, I saw this pop up on my youtube feed this morning. I'll quote this over in the general HG thread. Will you be posting a Halo Fleet Battles game in the future? I know you teamed up with the Cooler on his channel for an intro first game but I was wondering if you'd be following up with a second game (with some rules corrections on playing UNSC) on your own channel.

I watched this the day it dropped and I was so skeptical of a mech game (wasn't a fan of Battletech).

After the video ended I spent the next three hours finding out what miniatures I wanted to order and finding the rules. Dammit Ash, you've done it again!

You should probably wait a few months for the plastics in the kickstarter funded last year to come out.

I'll be honest, the Halo Fleet Battles game didn't grab me that much. I'll likely try it again, but we're a bit swimming in fleet games at the moment (with more on the Horizon) so I can't really say when.

Fair enough. Thanks for covering the lesser known (or more accurately played in Halo's case) games in addition to the big boys regardless. I just figured I'd ask as you really gimped yourself as the UNSC with some rules mistakes. You were correct though about the bucket'o'dice (and tokens) game mechanics to a good extent... but there is more strategy to it though.

Very cool you made a video on this. Was trying to understand how it plays and nothing good was out there.

I do love the idea, and the rules system of target numbers is pretty simple when its all boiled down.

Starter sets on the other hand are way expensive
