a) my vote doesn't matter in Missouri at this point (Trump has a 10+ lead in the polls).
b) my vote for #TeamJohnson is a strategic vote in the hopes that a 3rd party gains prominence. Either by reaching that 15% milestone (not likely) or scare the gak out of TeamDemocrats TeamRepublican in close races.
c) I'm also voting Libertarian in my Congressional District (Jim Higgins).
d) I'm actually voting for GOP Roy Blunt, but he's losing badly to Democrat Jason Kander for US Senate. Missouri is weird that way... it's truly the 'outsider v. insider' election here in the Show Me State.
e) As for our Governor, it's a coin flip between (R) Eric Greitens and (D) Chris Koster. Eric as a great chance simply because there is a Trump coats tail effect in Missouri. Trump is the "outsider" and Eric is the outsider to 'been in government forever' Koster. Plus, Koster has the stink of our current (D) Governor Jay Nixon.
...
...
f) I still stand by that Hillary Clinton will win easily next Tuesday. The newscast/polls look awfully like they're trying really HARD to "keep it close" to generate attention.

Voted Libertarian where possible and Republican otherwise.

I voted for a few Democrats at county and local level. Mostly so no one party completely dominates.

Some stark statistical reality behind the loss of US manufacturing jobs. Meanwhile, the fear-addled and uninformed will continue to be happily misled and vote to scrap trade agreements and start a Trade War. I suppose they could be Mexican, rapist robots. BigWaagh... the early servers were in her basement (I think the bathroom comment stemmed from a converted bathroom closet at Platte... not that it *was* a bathroom):
http://arstechnica.com/information-technology/2016/09/fbi-clintons-first-e-mail-server-was-a-power-mac-tower/
Spoiler:
...
The Power Mac, originally purchased in 2007 by former President Clinton's aide Justin Cooper, had acted as the server for presidentclinton.com and wjcoffice.com. Cooper managed most of the technology support for Bill Clinton and took charge of setting up Hillary Clinton's new personal mail system on the Power Mac, which sat alongside a firewall and network switching hardware in the basement of the Clintons' home. Accounts were set up for Secretary Clinton and her staff by her husband's staff.
...
It was kismet, and in March of 2009, Pagliano delivered two servers to Chappaqua—a Dell PowerEdge 2900 running Windows Server and Microsoft Exchange and a Dell PowerEdge 1950 running Blackberry Enterprise Server (BES). Cooper and Pagliano together acquired additional network and storage hardware. Initially, Pagliano said, he believed the servers were for President Clinton and not for the Secretary.
Pagliano acquired an SSL certificate for the mail server to provide added security for remote e-mail access at that time, and the whole configuration was set up in the Clintons' basement. The Power Mac was converted into a workstation for use by the Clinton household staff, and its contents were eventually backed up to an iMac.
...
Platte River Networks was hired to set up the new hosted mail server, which would run in an Equinix data center in Secaucus, New Jersey. In June of 2013, a PRN employee came and retrieved the server hardware in Chappaqua,

@ Big Waaagh

I wouldn't be able to vote on Tuesday, even if eligible, because both hands would be covering my nose!

Don't get me wrong, Trump would be an awful choice as President, and I'm record as saying that quite a few times...

But that doesn't mean I'm not uneasy about Clinton winning, as well.

As has been discussed here before, she's the lesser of two 'evils' and to be fair to most American dakka members, they have acknowledged this.

But earlier, I was watching the old footage of Clinton lying about being under sniper fire, and |I thought to myself, Trump would be a disaster,

but a Clinton administration is not that great for the USA, either....

It's a choice I'm glad I don't have to make, and that's no insult to0 the USA as I freely admit that British politics is equally a mess.

Exactly. The cover up is always worse than the original crime, especially in politics.

To your first point, glass houses are a bitch and this year it seems everybody's living in one. I'm trying to get across a point that nobody is going to come out of this uncut, I just want to be in the house that won't come crashing down around me and take the other houses in the neighborhood down with it.

To the second point, NO, NO, NO, NO, NO. Intent is always at the heart of the issue and crime, if you want to take it there. In that light, there is NO comparison of Nixon to Clinton. As I stated in my Jerry Maguire moment, she was guilty of poor judgement and arrogance...a character flaw she has repeatedly displayed and is at the root of her disapproval ratings...but adults have their foibles, we ALL do and it has cost her disproportionately in this matter. A news reporter, just yesterday, showed a graph displaying the coverage of Watergate vs this email nonsense and guess which has gotten more coverage? It wasn't even close. Fair? Hardly, but such is the partisan driven information age we live in. Nixon, on the other hand, was a remorseless thug and a criminal, he acted with criminal intent directing criminal activity. THERE IS NO COMPARISON.

It's quite simple. We have someone at the federal level who, whether there was intent or not, is up to her eyballs in nefarious schemes to avoid accountability at any cost.

Not to mention her questionable health and her decades long cover up of her husband's dalliances.

And on the other hand...

We have someone who said rude things.

And sexually assaulted numerous women. And conned tons of people. And is blatantly racist. And constantly lies. And has his own health vouched for by a man who's clearly the Dude in a lab coat. And keeps rumbling about using nukes. And is actually less transparent in his dealings than Clinton. And has called on Russia to hack his political opponent. And, in fact, seems way too eager to impress Putin. And has been vouched for by the dictator of North Korea - and the freakin' KKK. And openly expressed admiration for Saddam Hussein. And, you know, doesn't actually seem to be interested in doing the job he's applying for.

Or are you one of those that think certain type of clothing justifies rape?

Also what you have to say about him lying compulsively all the time, deleting records requested by court, proposing spread of nukes and USING nukes and policies that are designed to ensure rich pay even less taxes?

When the women are seeking those situations with the intent of improving/strengthening/promoting their lifestyle/position by engaging in sexual congress with the rich and powerful, guess what, sexual things happen.

By you definition everytime I pat my wife on the ass without permission, I am sexually assaulting her.

As to the rest, Clinton has engaged in the exact same practices.

The only difference is I expect that type of behavior from a New York billionaire not some career, "public servant".

Riiiiight. Clinton has never actually proposed using nukes for starters. Haven't heard her saying nukes should be given to even more countries either. Also she hasn't been actually lying all that much. Trump keeps getting caught lying even when truth would be better for him.-
