hi all ive been playing and collecting one or more of the eldar races since 2nd edition but its onlhy now with 8th that im dipping my toe into building ynnari lists with my collection...the main problem im having is balancing the 3 eldar factions

im missing a craftworld element but am finding a lot of craftworld units i like e.g. scorpians, avengers, serpents, and farseers too point heavy...any suggestions would be welcome.

I think this list would be stronger if you kept them seperate as DE and clowns tbh.

Yeah, no need to Ynnari here, you can field DE and Harlies together as themselves.

If you did want to incorporate more craftworld, I'd drop one unit of harlequin skyweavers, and add a farseer on bike plus some jetbike support with shuriken cannons. Your list lacks pyschic support which could be offset by the Farseer. Should be able to get approx 7 windriders with shuriken cannons and a farseer on bike with singing spear.

That's a good idea.
A hemlock would also provide some psychic defense and be CWE.
Or you could add Yvraine, and merge your skyweavers in a single unit of 6, which would make it a good target for WotP, but that's not really adding CWE.
