Looks awesome in my opinion! Love the slightly oily look to the metallics! Only criticism would be that I would prefer a bit more color on the front to break up the silver a bit, but thats just personal preference.

I saw the title and almost didn't click. It was a case of 'how many times am I going to have seen this idea before...'.

BUT

In this case I'm glad I clicked as this is an original, and convincing, conversion!

The base of his axe is kind of interesting... is it meant to be a melta/flamer type weapon? Good job at incorporating that part of the weapon profile into the model if so!

I hadn't anticipated it to be some sort of weapon, other than maybe a spike he could thrust with but come to think of it, it kind of looks like some kind of flamer!
