I was wondering if anyone has kitbashed some bare armed Mk VI marines, and what pieces they used? I ordered a couple Catachan and Marauder arm bits to see if they are roughly in scale with Mk VI arms, but was curious if anyone else has tried this? If so please let me know what arms you ended up using! Another option I'm looking at are the Blood Warriors arms, which may be better for the new larger marines but I won't know until I order some.

I think you might be better off with 'looks cool' arms, that are the same diameter as the armoured arms. If you get ones that could credibly go in the armour they will look remarkably small!

I've seen plastic Marauder arms used on older plastic Chaos Warriors and they looked great.

Let me know if you find a good solution. It's something I have been lowkey looking for since forever. I was hoping the new zerker kit might provide.

I've seen Necromunda Goliath and Corpse Grinder Cult arms used to good effect - I'll see if I can find some photos.

Don't use the old ones. The sculpts, whilst nostalgic look like dog turd next to the new sculpts.

Off the top of my head, I would recommend Goliath and corpse grinders from necromunda, and warcry stuff, just in general.. there are tona of options there.

Thanks for all the replies everyone! I ordered a couple of different arm bits from the different recommendations to see what I like. Hopefully I'll get around to posting some comparisons whenever they arrive!
