Something i ran into watching youtube battle report. What counts as destroyed? Rules don't seem to define but important for battle tactics.

Specifically where this pops up. Removed from play when it's not via slain or battleshock/coherency where it says they count as slain?

2 ways i know at least. Gaunt summoner that can remove hero(and even clarifies not slain) and incarnate when is simply removed from board when goes to 0. Nothing about counting as slain.

So for both of these does it count for eye for eye tactic? Which is any unit destroyed. No need for attack from specific model whiich stops incarnate as target for battle tactic like this one's mine.

Edit: was answerd elsewhere. 1.3. Unit counts as destroyed when last model is removed from play. That makes it clear as crystal as doesn't matter was it slain or not.
