The cool scenario in the Edoras box where the Hill Tribesmen are trying to burn the village is going to be what I run some friends through first. Tell me, is it fairly balanced? Should I make any adjustments to the list, proximity of terrain, special rules, etc.?

Wicked Hill Tribesmen completed for this scenario. These raiders are armed with a makeshift assortment of brutal melee weapons, and torches to burn what remains.
