tl;dr, with this list, your game can be won or lost in the matchup and/or in who goes first, and still take hours to play out. I'd play something else. Also, I don't think 20 blood claws is legal, I think they max at 15. Check it.
Good matchup:
I saw a ork list at a recent tournament - 143 Ork bodies, mostly boyz. With 2W bodies you would probably like that matchup.
??? matchup:
My marines can kill around 50 marine bodies a turn. I imagine an opponent who can put out similar damage output focuses on one side of the board to reclaim a flank objective and then tries to roll you up, taking advantage of your lack of mobility. Challenge cards don't help your game plan.
Bad matchup:
Against knights or something else you can't easily kill, an opponent might physically cover the objectives if they get there first. Game over, enjoy the next 2 hours...
Thoughts:
You may have a unique advantage here in your combination of resilience and OC. Maybe double down with vanguard spearhead for -1 to hit against shooting? They have an enhancement that lets you infiltrate (get there before the opponent boxes you out!) and a sticky objective strat and mobility strat that might be handy.
Bring SOME firepower, preferably for killing something your marines don't kill well. I'm concerned that you struggle to scratch a 2+ save in cover, especially if they have armor of contempt for the assault phase. And firepower keeps an opponent from putting everything in the open and blasting away without fear.
