Subject: Where to find Old World rules for the unofficial factions?
Apologies for what probably seems like an obvious question, but how are people able to play with factions like Skaven and Lizardmen in the Old World? Do these factions have old Fantasy rules that still work or are all of the rules fan-made? Or are there official rules out there somewhere, just not in a published book?
