Since I will be playing 95% of my games at GW stores, I know I can only use GW models when converting/building... but...

1. Can I use 3rd party decals? (GW doesn't make Adeptus Titanicus emblems sized for Knights)

2. Does the block on 3rd party stuff include bases? (Or am I stuck decorating the plain base for Knights)

3. Can I use they 3d printed nameplates?

1) Decals - no one cares
2) Bases are normally totally fine
3) Most likely yes.

In general the 3D printing ban is mostly aimed at "oh I 3d printed my whole army" or "half my model is 3d printed from a firm".

Stuff like terrain, bases and decals is generally not a focus what so ever.

THAT said the BEST person to ask is your local GW staffer. Some staff are very "by the book" militant on things and won't have any flex; others are more practical and such. So the best person to ask is where you play before you do anything.

So if I use 3dprinted/resin casted hands/lasguns for my guards or normal tracks for my chimera and it's derivatives I could be banned?
