I've been missing the refrigerators with corgi legs lately, and wondered if we will ever see their return... perhaps in 30k?

They're in the Legacies PDF for 30k (Castra Ferrum Dreadnought), and I intend to use a couple when I get round to doing Marines.

There's one in the new Grey Knights Combat Patrol so there's a chance we'll see them there.

Venerable Dreads, Mortis Dreads, Chaplain Dreads, Ironclead dreads are all still in the rules you can play them just fine.
Chaos Dreads have transitioned to Helbrutes but that is cosmetical.

I think it's possible; they're still in the Legacies list (I think, I don't closely follow modern GW rules), and it's not beyond the realms of probability that they get "fully" brought back via an expansion book?

Anyway. If we ever get plastic Mk. IV Castraferrum for Horus Heresy (or anything else for that matter) GW will have somewhat redeemed themselves in my eyes. The old FW Mk. IVs are gorgeous models but your only options for obtaining them are paying stupid amounts of money on eBay and praying it's a real one, printing one (if you have a Cancer Custard Creation Contraption) or going to a =][= CENSORED =][=. And if a plastic one was as nice as the plastic Contemptor, well, I'd be convinced. Love me some boxes.
