Just a blog of the army I am currently working on. Originally stared out as just a "The Farm" Project. Kind of evolved into a 2nd ed army with RT look.
Here is half of the tactical squad

Techmarine I am working on, went for a look that kind of echos the RT style, complete with power wrench. Not sure if i should paint them red like the usual techmarine or blue like the rest of the army w/ a red shoulder pad.

Nice looking old school marines. The tech marine looks very cool with his tools where did you get them from? I would go red personally, standard codex colouring (surprise response from the ultramarine player…..!)

The tool box with the bionic arm is from one of the newer servitor, similar with the wrench head, it is the hand of a servitor.

Wanted to have a landraider in the style of the old rt land raider, but was never fond of the dual lascannon setup. Prometheus was my favorite land raider. So made a MK1 Prometheus Land Raider. Though I wonder if I should of done the front ramp fiting and modified the built in top turret weapon mounting to be a scanner instead of using the non ramp hull.

Oh from the new kill team box set, that’s a great idea, and blends in well on the model.
Interesting take on the land raider, bolters work on it - looks like an early prototype. I think it would work with either front configuration, but if it is built and glued best to leave it rather than trying to take it apart!

I think you did the right thing with the Proteus, thats the og chassis after all. I personally think a Spartan with twin lascannon looks better as a front ramp Land Raider than the Proteus with the front ramp build - YMMV

Are you going to rotate the top hatch 90 degrees sideways like on the og RT schematics?

Read 28-mag.com yet?

My thanks for the feedback.

Not familiar with the RT schematics myself, so not sure what your referring to on the hatch tauist.

Yes to Firstborn. Yes to beakies! Already in love with the concept and I can't wait to see it develop more.

Vet Srg Mateo, Varnishing went horribly wrong. Never Varnish in the cold. Lesson learned. No idea how to recovery this. May just need to strip the paint and restart.

Imperial Marine for Vet Squad. I lost the transfer that came with the model and just used Resin Shoulder pad. Replaced the older plastic studded should pad so it matches the other.
