- nabbed off the dashboard (i love that thingy, thanks russ, its where i get all my 360 info now)

Personally I feel this is bigger than it looks, a lot of the ahem "consumers" who where heavily into (and presumably still are) are into their football games, i'm not talking your usual "gamers" such as ourselves but more the ordinary everyday chav on the street. if microsofts got exclusitivity thats one less reason for these people to get a ps3 and another for them to get the 360. just my take on the situation. discuss. (and probably eventually flame)

Last I heard the 360 was tanking pretty hard in Japan. That came from an OXM article. I haven't heard about other Asian markets or if the Japanese numbers had picked up since that article was published.

Still reading this article, but might be a good overview

MS is haveing a real hard time in Japan. I think this is probably due to two issues:

- Very different gaming tastes
- Much more nationalistic loyalty to products.

Japanese really dislike Microsoft. Much the reason Russ pointed out. Us Americans are about the only ones buying 360 products over here. Cheaper for us then to buy them on base.
