In the Space Marine Command squad, your given the option to give all Marines in it Terminator Honors. Does this also mean that they can select wargear, like every other Model that takes Term Honors as well?

I interpret this as yes, since a Command Squad is supposed to be the cream of the crop. Others seem to think no though. I guess this would also fall under the Vet Squad for the Elite listing as well, since they have the same upgrade option.

No. To select wargear you must have the option to select wargear. As you noted, every other entry (vet sgts) has this option in the text.

But the command squad does not. So no dice.
