Ok, I am pretty new to space marines, but I don't want to take my IG to an RTT in two weeks.  I have a couple of ideas for armies, one of which I've tried out once.  I'm looking for brutal criticism and honest suggestions.  Here's the list.

Epistolary, Fear/fury, Terminator armour
   command squad, 2X Assault cannon, Tank Hunters

master of Sanctity, Jump pack, honors, frag, bolt pistol

10x Assault Marines, Plasma x2, Furious Charge, Vet w/ Fist

It's a "Balanced" space marine list, but it's got decent shooting, decent assault, some mobile units, and a decently high model count.  I'm thinking about dropping the scouts for another land speeder and some terminators.

A very nice list. I do wonder about the scout squads. They have a +4 save and I think they are going to be closest unit to the enemy. Make them 8 men and give a Vet. sgt a teloporte homer.

Drop the Pred and get more speeders for anti-troop or Devs for anti-tank.
