Walking orcs are a tough army to play.

My suggestions:

Loot a demolisher instead of a basilisk. the basy is good but has a chance of driving forward into or out of terrain that it was meant to hide behind when you least want it to. plus, that battle wagon will be drawing every fire from every anti tank weapon on the baord, odds are it wont survive long leaving your best, and most expensive unit entangled and useless.

with a demolisher, you opponant has to choose one of the targets to destroy, and a demolisher cannon is a pretty intimidating gun. plus, it will draw fire away from your battle wagon with the ubber squad inside. You can also screen the battle wagon to an extent with the demolisher.

i would also suggest another squad of truk boys as well, you need ot hit your opponanat in waves like a tyranid player once told me. get the truk boys (or jump pack orcs) into combat ASAP and keep your opponant tied up while the foot slogers plod their way forward into combat. Lastly, i would trade out the big shootas for rokkits, and put rokits on the truks. Orcs have trouble with anrmor, and you need every chane you have at taking them out. rokkits are cheap and give you a better shot at taking out enemy tanks as your boys walk forward, and the truks can then annoy the enemy by flanking them to get those nice rear and side armor shots, forcning them to be dealt with.

First, go all rokkits. Rolling a crapload of dice when shooting ensures that you'll hit something important. I'n not a big fan of so many vehicles in a "footslogging" army. In my Ork army i go for "quantity over quality" My 2000point list is something like this:

Boss - Fist, choppa, 3+/5+ attack squig, bionic arm
Big Mek - Kff, tools, 3 Grots
30 grots + slaver/squighound
25 Slugga boyz, nob w/fist
25 Slugga boyz, nob w/fist
10 Stormboyz, nob w/fist
10 Tankhuntas, nob w/rokkit
12-15 shootas, nob w/choppa
6 Killer Kans

In RTTs I usually go 2-1 or 2-0-1. I think my worst record with them was 1-1-1

So around 125 models. I prefer the Bassie over the Demolisher simply because of LOS and range. Sure the bassie could break down but it doesn't happen very often and if it does, what do you expect. if you really wanted to win you'd play an easy army like space marines(either variety).

I'm tempted to mve some points around so I could add more stormboys and Vulcha to my army.

Heh. A 30 man Vulcha's mob is terrifying. They will kill what they hit. And several will crash on the first charge.

Personally, I would drop the Battlewagon. Trukks are cheaper and faster. I would also split the skarboyz squad into 2 units. I do agree though about the basilisk and would drop it for a russ.

Orkses is never beated in battle. If we win we win, if we die we die so it don't count as beat. If we runs for it we don't die neither, so we can always come back for anuvver go, see!
