Going to a 1500pts tournament on the weekend and I have 2 lists to choose from...
Help me decide....

Same amount of scoring units though with this list I have an extra unit of infiltrating kroot, infiltrate is nice and it adds some extra CC punch however I do lose a mobile scoring unit that I have in the first list...

Atm I am leaning more towards the 1st list just because it seems so cool to have 3 stealth and 2 crisis units...all of which score no less!

Ok, seeing as you want to stick to the Stealth theme (although, having IC HQ + Elite Crisis is much much stronger, you don't really need more than one Stealth unit as with 30 Kroot and 3 Railheads you have a lot of anti-GEq firepower) I'd say the first one is the best (the second one is full of mistakes anyway), however you really want those Bodyguards to have BS4 and those Stealth units should be bonded. To get the Arrays for the Bodyguards you can drop the D-pods and a Gun Drone somewhere.

I'm not a fan of Stealth + Gundrones, it has a huge footprint which makes it very hard to JSJ. The advantages of drones however is that you're much more resilient as one casualty hurts you far less. Also, you need the bond units that have more than 4 models, otherwise you're making it much easier for your opponent the get the other half of the VPs. Up to you really, personal taste.

The problem with Stealth heavy lists is that they live from their Stealth field, and most top tournament armies either have 2+ saves, are fast enough to negate the Stealth field or a combination of both. Which means that your Stealth are just going to die and not be very effective. Fireknife Crisis are much better. I personally run this list at tournaments, and I'm very happy with it:
