I can possibly help with that.
The way I do eyes is quite simple.
Assuming you use a black undercoat, get some white paint, and put 2 vertical white streaks in each eye. These don't have to be neat - go over the edges of the eye if you need to. As long as you seperate the two streaks by leaving some black for the iris/pupil, it's fine. This allows you to have the eyes looking wherever you want. Alternatively, paint the whole eye area white, and make one black line in each eye, making sure they match up.
Next stage, is go back with some black paint, and paint over the white which will inevitably be not where it's supposed to be. So if you got white on the cheeks etc, paint over it. It should leave you a very neat looking pair of eyes. From there, paint the face as normal. It's much easier to do eyes before the rest of the face.
